再推荐下，加州暖和地方的农民们可以考虑种点这个，那个花真的很美味可口，鸡蛋汤

如果是那样的话，就不存在double tax的问题了。
不过，401K loan的问题主要是投资收益有了一个上限，如果预期投资收益高的话，就
不合算了。

Loss of investment return ; you have to pay back the entire loan if you lose
your job; etc.
However, for people who are a little short of downpayment/closing cost and
can pay back the loan in a short period of time, 401(K) loan isn't that bad.
