Silly Q from first time buyer with no finace-smart.
If I use a 7/1ARM, can I refi my mortgage into another 7/1ARM in the 7th
year? This way I may enjoy the low rate for almost 14 years during which I
may also sell my home?

修手机的人，在我反应连不上wifi后还非常不高兴，说我不信任人。。。
真是被气死了，换屏幕之前，一切都好好的，换完屏幕之后就找不到wifi了，捣鼓半天
又给我换了电池，说电池的问题。。。什么都换了，还是搞不定，最后竟然说，哦，你
的主板坏了，这个我们帮不了你了。。。

if your house value at that time is still high enough and the rate at that
time is still this low. you can do 3/1 ARM endlessly like that too, also
need to make sure the rate is true no cost rate otherwise it might not be
worth it.

很简单，拆屏的时候没把antenna的umcc插头按进去

the second 7/1ARM might not be low. It will be only relative low compared to
30fix at that time. For example, 30 fix is 15% and 7/1ARM is 10%.
