几天收到一封从National Deed Service Inc来的信，说可以提供Official or
Certified copy of deed. 收费59.50元。
我去年年底买的房，现在好像好没有a copy of deed. 只有买房时的HUD. 我想请问大
家，需要买这种certified deed么？大家都买了么？

我网上买了一台air，但后来决定把它退了。打电话给客服，他们给我一张newgistics
的smart label。我打印出来贴好送到usps。结果发现不能在usps上track。网上搜了一
下，原来这家公司不是usps的，它每隔一段时间去邮局取货。而且好像服务非常差，速
度非常慢，在ATT的论坛上简直被黑出X来。但apple的网站上却没有相关的帖子。不知
道这边有没有人有过用这公司退货的经历啊？会不会等很长时间？我可以去邮局把包裹
再取回来自己去apple store退么？谢啦。

有买。也可以自己做。自己做的话，就买几个牛油果回家，把果肉用勺子挖出来，把它
弄成浆，然后放小小盐来提味。不用放太多，一点点就够了。买牛油果的时候，要买那
些摸上去软软的。
