IPAD1代。用了两年多。
因为搞不懂Itune,所以除了刚开始的初始设置外，从来没有把IPAD和电脑（PC，非MAC
）连起来过。
最近因为很多APP升级都要求更高的IOS版本（现在的版本是 4.3.1)，于是将IPAD连在
电脑上，打开Itunes。
Itunes上显示我的IPAD各种信息，并自动sync成功。Itunes显示有5.0.1版本可用。于
是点击‘Update’。返回的信息总是：
'The iPad software update server could not be contacted. (make sure your
network settings are correct and netword connection is active, or try again
later'
请问这是咋回事？我的电脑连接没有任何问题.多谢
不想到Apple 店被小2鄙视

Who is current ＬＩＡ主席? As per your bylaw section 3(b),where is the information for current members?
Section 3: Annual Report. The Board shall cause an annual report to be prepared within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of the Corporation's fiscal year. That report shall contain the following information, in appropriate detail:
(a) A balance sheet as of the end of the fiscal year, an income statement, and statement of changes in financial position for the fiscal year,

Who is LIA's current chairman? I appreciate the efforts by LIA, but why
always so secretive? Nobody knows what you are doing before hand. You worked
on 140, B2, the issues hardly concern and definitely not the bottleneck of
EB2C. To be fair, 485 pending data is the correct issue. That is great job.
Now regarding the financial report. $2947 for printing, postage, shipping &
phone?!!! $5064 for traveling?!!! Where were you guys traveling to, China?
And what phone do you use, iPhone?

这个账目需要解释的地方太多了，根本无法看出我们的捐款用在什么地方了。
LIA的现主席倒是哪一位？真不明白LIA做事总是鬼鬼祟祟的，连删异己的帖子都是偷偷
摸摸的。

正在造孩子的前主席早就说了，捐钱是你的活，捐完了就没您啥事了！

The lobby service scope covered the following items:
1.Two meetings with USCIS, in which I-485 transparency and solution for I-
140 delay were successfully
achieved.
A. Under the lobby effort of LIA, USCIS released I-485 inventory data on
September 23th, 2009, which
allows backlogged applicants to predict their waiting time for green card.
B. Majority cases of I-140 delay were address by USCIS in early 2009. Later
in August, LIA offered an

going by last years burn rate, lia should be bankrupt by now. it's a true
ghost organization, bankrupt and has no named president.
