The firm I'm working at right now is going to go bankrupt. It's a small
firm and the owner told me that he won't revoke my H1B work visa if it's
going to help me. He is still going to pay corporate tax and keep the
company "alive", but will close the operation.
My question is, if he doesn't report, will the Immigration Office know that
I am out of status? What does it mean by "paying corporate tax"? He said
that means "the company is still a going concern as far as all the legal
entities are

请问5c或者5s如果买的是att或者unlock版，回国之后如果想用3g，那就是只能用联通？
如果买的是verzion版，那回国后可以用电信或者联通？插卡的地方两周sim卡都能插？

if you don't get paid, u r out of status, but you can argue that you are on
a no pay leave since the company does still exist. i don't know how long you
can stay on this no-pay leave, better check with a lawyer

同问，现在Apple store里的解锁版好像只有tmobile的。

You can be on the on-leave-without-pay status, which can maintain your legal
status. However, you must know that when you find new job and want to
transfer your H1b to that new company, you have to show your pay stub for
the last three months. Your nightmare will come then, but not now.

我在兩個月前被layoff，對我這專業來說工作不容易找，所以我只好緊急transfer to
H4，假如你的專業工作不是那麼容易找，建議你快點transfer到其他簽證去。

老哭没啥用！还不如抓紧找下家，实在不行弄个学校搞个身份，以后再慢慢重新开始啊！
你们公司这么做不合法，也难说能成功，以后追究其法律责任的话，弄不好你要牵连进
去，所以尽量把自己放出来，我个人觉得不应该还在公司这棵树上老吊着了。
