我是EB2, 五月份PD current的，5月2日把女儿的485申请递上去，至今音讯全无，连支
票都没有cash，我的welcome letter倒是来了。着急啊，她现在是H4，如果申请过程出
什么差错，不是连H4都没有了吗？
另外老公的485是跟我一起递的，至今还没有动静。终于不能免俗，也到版上来求求祝
福，并求建议。
从来没发过包子，应该能发20来个，版主可以帮忙发吗？谢谢！

I got very helpful statistics data from the forum. when I found some Jan. RD
got GC approved. I started to expect mine and got it within one week. hope
my data can be helpful.

RD: 1/12/2012 (the medical exam took me 2.5 months and $1500 out of my own
pocket. this is the hardest part due to my body has natural immunity)
FP: 2/17/2012
GC: 3/10/2012
it just proves they process the case randomly. my former colleague has same
PD as mine. she submitted her case last year and still under initial review.

Your daughter's 485 receipt should be OK.
Our case is the receipt of 485 is 2/25/2010, but the notice date is 4/5/2010
. It took USCIS about 40 days to cash our checks.
So 5/2 sent out and no cash out it should be OK.
But still good luck for everything.

昨晚收到据信，说是支票金额不符（律师让我们写的是600刀），还有A#没填。全家顿
时陷入恐慌。我的绿卡批了，那就是女儿现在已经没有合法身份了？据信上让resubmit
，还能写她是H4吗？这时候在痛苦等待律师电话。申请之前我们都恨不得磕头求他们务
必认真查对每一项，确实这个结果。
另：我的包子好像没发出去哦。怎么发呢？

律师刚刚答复了，说是移民局的错，他们会马上把材料重新寄上去。只能听天由命了。
