看中一个房子，neighborhood, 学区都很好，open floor, LD和我都很喜欢，打算给
offer,但看了disclosure，有一些问题，请大家看看：
1.“Occasionally sinkholes in backyard. They were filled in by lawn
maintenance personnel"。 不知道多少个sinkholes，都多大，.在东北沿海，这个sinkhole是个大问题吗？我知道Florida 这个问题好像很严重。
2. Settling: Yes
3. Soil movement: Yes.
4. Cracks on driveway (我也看到车库地上有许多cracks) due to age. Minor dips.
5. water in basement twice (2010 and 12 years ago)。地下室是fully finished.没有sump pump.
所有这些都说明fundation有问题？我的realtor建议先做个sinkhole的inspection,如果问题严重，就此打住。大家觉
