孤掌难鸣啊，这里的大佬们都是2007到2008年的priority date, 考虑问题的角度与

but that he would need to examine them further. That’s a positive response.
Randel K. Johnson of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said many of the
recommendations in the reports could be easily implemented, calling them “
low hanging fruit.” Let’s hope the Obama Administration is willing to pick
some of that fruit and, in the process, bring greater rationality to our
immigration system.

看了一下，A3的意思好像是ALL C，谁都能交。我开始还以为是让07大潮时候由于各种
原因没交上的人补交，对他们公平一些。感觉ALL C 的提议很难实现啊。比较现实的是
一点一点开放，比方说比排期早半年什么的。
