中新网9月28日电据美国《侨报》报道，纽约法拉盛109分局辖区内25日晚间发生一起
枪击案，伤者24岁的华裔男子杨史班瑟(Spencer Yang，音译)因为与买家当面交易大批
iPhone 6手机，却不测遭到买家开枪抢劫，嫌犯在连开两枪后夺走至少10部手机，得逞
后跳上车辆，随即逃逸现场，警方目前循线追踪，呼吁知情者举报。华裔手臂中两枪，
所幸在及时逃跑后无生命危险。
案件发生在当天晚间11时左右。据了解，杨男在网站上与买家交涉，经过交谈后约在当
晚交易，就在两男抵达后，杨男让两人进入位在白石镇的家中，不料两人进入后，却突
然掏出枪，一把夺走杨男的手机，并且将客厅桌上的10多部iPhone 6搜刮一空，在得逞
后往14大道近159街处逃逸。
杨男眼见手机被抢，随即追跑出去，不料在159街14-21号前时，对方掏出枪向杨男射击
，杨男手臂因此中枪。根据一名邻居表示，当时她在屋内听到一响声，在20秒后又听到
第二声，但一开始并未察觉是枪响，就在与家人踏出门外后，才发现大批警方在现场，
上方有搜索直升机盘旋，搜查嫌犯行踪。该邻居亦指出，杨男就居住在事发地一旁的转
角宅院里，和父母以及疑似还有另一个姐妹居住在内，杨男一家约在3年多前搬进该屋。
记者走访枪击案发生地点，附近邻居表示，事发后，警方在不到5分钟的时间便赶到现
场，当时有大批警车及警员于现场勘查侦办，救护人员也将杨男送往就近医院救治。
枪案发生附近一带的住宅皆是独栋独院，每户住宅的前院均铺植花草。根据现场一名男
子表示，这附近的治安一向很好，对于发生这样的案件让他感到相当吃惊。针对该案，
他表示自家住宅外的监视器也已经提供警方办案搜证。
据悉，当时作案的两嫌疑为西裔男子，年纪约20出头，其中一嫌身穿黑色上衣，头戴棒
球帽，另一嫌身穿深色T恤。警方呼吁知情者提供线索，协助警方办案。

As long as the difference between any 2 groups is a multiple of 3 and the
total amount is >= 4/3 * the difference.

如果三数模3的余数各不相同, 就是分别是0, 1, 2, 则无解，因为(0,1,2)在题目所给
出的变换下总是回到(0,1,2)。否则有解, easy to see.

This one has a solution:
(0, 1, 2 ) -> (0+1, 1-1, 2-1)->(1,0,1)->(1-1,0+1,1-1)->(0,1,0)
I think it works as long as the difference between any two groups is even.

问过好多律师，说NIW问题不大，但是想DIY，不知道该怎么准备，从哪儿开始准备

你第一步错了：(0,1,2) -〉（2，0，1）而不是(1,0,1)。两个变成两个，而不是merge
成一个。球的总数不能变的。

Check the templates in the Mitbbs.
Contact your references, prepare the letters.
Initiate the petition letter:
1. Your qualification
2. Your contributions
3. You are qualified for a national interest waiver
4. Your proposed benefit is national in scope
5. National interested will be adversely affected if a labor certification
is required

This is a different problem. But if you go this way, there's always a
solution, because if there are two ball with different colors, you can
merge them to reduce the total number of balls. So the end of the day,
you will certainly have all balls in the same color where the bottomline
is you have only 1 ball.

2.然后根据petition letter起草推荐信？
3. 然后联系推荐人？

1.绿球+黄球=2红球，三种球数量变成15,15,16.
然后一路红球和绿球变下去就行了。

每次变化，三个数之间3对差的对3的余数保持不变，所以要变成0 0 x的话，必须有两
个数，差能被3整除，而这两个数最后变成0

how about 5 2 0?
5+2 = 7>= (5-2)*4/3
I think so long as G1 - G2 = 3k and G3>=k then we have a solution.
