老板属于业界大牛，paper不少，但是nature和science这种的目前还有没有，只有挂名
的。
我PHD用了2年时间可算整出来一篇，老板感觉还不错，说想试一下high impact
journal.投了一个nature的子刊，结果被编辑秒据。
我觉得老板的cover letter写的有点太平实，不够aggressive. 因为nature子刊这种编
辑的决定全力很大，他们基本上不管具体学术内容而更关注research的新闻性。所以想
建议老板在cover letter里吹一吹。
但是不知掉怎么跟他讲。求各位大神意见！

请问一个人可以有两个full time H1B吗？
如果需要cancel其中的一个，有没有人知道该怎么操作？

直接去discuss好了。
我觉得在High-impact journal上发表文章，
文字一定得精炼，图一定要精美，重要性一看title/abstract/figures就明了。
编辑也不是一个人，是一个组，要经过讨论的。

however, i m not sure when the counting starts. it looks like, in my case,
they never send me the receipt.
meaning the 15 days has not started yet, even though Fedex delivered to them 14 days
ago?
