Depends on location and your loan. For example, our loan is $26w, house
price $46W,title insurance lender $886, owner $814, attorney $800 (including
title serach), rtecording $250.

Thanks. Seems like you are getting much lower fee than us. I am in NY
metropolitan area and the loan we are getting is 50w.
so my attorney is charging me $1500+$500(title searcher) which is more than
double of yours. :-(

800 including title search. But I heard that the seller's attorney charged 1500. So I guess you need to shop around. I am also satisfied with my attorney's service.
