小区里有家邻居，总是喜欢晚上在我家附近溜狗。有一次正好遇上，她的狗狗还对我好
凶还没有链子，好象我侵犯了它们的领地一样。昨天清理前YARD有时候发现了好多大便
。。真气人！！我该怎么办呢？可以去哪里投述她吗？

总是提醒我免费空间已经买了，但不知道买cloud的空间买多少，大家都是用多大的?

It is an ICC.
There are lots of ICCs on monster and dice. But not all of them are bad.
About 5% are really good consulting companies and they are reputational.

怎么才能知道一个icc公司怎么样？
跟他们打打交道？他们有啥特征？

有几个方面你可以判断这家Consulting firm的好坏。
1. 是否提供培训，是正规的全日制培训还是晚上或者周末或者网上培训
2. 能否提供几个经他们培训找到工作的员工名单和联系方法，毕竟和员工谈能获得最
准确的公司信息
3. 这家公司在DICE或者MONSTER有没有招聘广告。一个连招聘广告都打不起的公司，太
小也太不可信了
4. 办H1B的钱是自己出还是公司出。许多ICC是让个人出钱的，这会引起以后法律上的
问题，甚至直接影响到绿卡申请。
