如题,air 2充电的时候,打开金山电池医生,卡的不行,air1和6plus上面的都好好的
,所有设备都是ios8.1以上,这个情况是软件问题,还是我的air2有问题?

the only contingency is finance, which means only if appraisal results in
denial of loan, then I can walk away.
My agent told me though, that I can have inspection and 17 days to decide
if back off or not if there is major issues

我觉得这种reo的房子对方刚做了装修才更危险呢,有可能整好把问题掩盖了...

sold as is, 你基本都自己负责修理,如果太多了,你只能选择walk away, 退deposit

Wolfstar, the contract is standard purchase agreement, don't need to worry
too much about it. However, pay attention to all the addendum and counter
offers. don't sign BIW, CR and BFI for now.
Most home inspector here are only pointing out trivial things, important
things such like roof and foundation they recommend you to other licensees.
But inspection give buyer a cushion of 17 days to back out for any reason.
BTW, the headache I met with was with Fannie Mae's property, they are
exempted from

估计现在就是赌博,我的房子比较新1999,看起来没有任何破坏的样子,我去了几天试
了全部的马
桶,浴缸,没有堵塞没有漏,热水没问题,空调在100+的天气开到72度也行,很凉快。

Man,1999 is new house for me! newer house saves alot of troubles. 1999
should be insulated and copper plumbing throughout and maybe tile roof and
built with newer building code.

if it's good price, I should look at that area, too. I don't mind distance
and schools for now.

thanks for the tip, I decide to buy REO only because we have some pretty
new properties.
The other one I decide to give up is actually newer, 2004, with all the
upgrade, but there are signs of angry owner doing damage (though small
and silly ones, such as taking out only the ceiling fan propeller but
leaving the main on, taking out the thermo control but leave all the
appliance untouched), however, the attic roof entry is open, I suspect
they have done some damage there.
