My case: EB2, PD:June 2005. USCIS said my case is delayed because of the
background check. I was told by TSC that my FBI Name Check and FP were
cleared but local office said my Name Check has not been cleared yet. Don't
know whom to believe. I did what I can so far and still got no update of my
case. Does anyone know what I should do? Waiting too long and almost out
of patience...
