It's quite a long story for us.
Filed Eb2 3yrs ago but can't wait for the long queue any more.
Filed Eb1b and RD on 4/26. No news whatsoever until 9/7, we filed pp. got
Lud on 9/8 and email notice
about receiving the pp request. 2nd lud on 9/13. However, until today it
still shows initial review online. Mail
notice of approval has been received by the employer today.
Lesson learned: you can call the pp phone line even before the end of the 15

在这版看了很多过于deck stain的考古贴，受益很多。
看了几个contractors的estimate之后，开价都在$1500到$2k之间，现在打算自己stain.现在用的是semi-transparent的stain，但因为长时间没有维护，部分deck表面有绿色的mold,HD的staff建议先remove原先的stain,再用cleaner和power washer清洗，两天后干了后stain.这个工序差不多吗? deck大小大约250sq.ft. 一天清洗，一天stain可行吗？东北雨多，想趁着这星期天晴赶紧做了。
恳请这版的高手给些建议。先谢了。

买了个walmart refurb的iphone，试了ATT，Tmobile和verizon都可以用。
但是想查查imei最终确认是不是unlocked的，结果试了iphoneimei.info和https://
imeidata.net/iphone/unlock-check，两个都是free的，查出结果都是unknown。
不知道是不是付费的结果会不一样？哪个付费网站最靠铺呢？

原来的stain不一定需要除吧，power wash的时候一起处理了。一天洗，一天刷，时间
够了，就是中间要看好天气预报，洗完之后等它干了才能上stain。HD的说的没错要等
两天。

ting或ringplus查，能用的就是解锁的。

HD给你的建议是对的。我的deck和你的差不多大，找contractor来看过，因为几年前
deck用过stain。他们也是建议先去掉旧stain,再power wash，干了后再用stain。不过
他们给我的报价低于1000。其实旧stain没太大必要除，你powerwash一下，干了再上新
的就差不多了。

你们最后是自己stain的吗？
另外stain deck表面是用滚筒方便，还是大毛刷方便？因为是旧deck，看版上的建议，
不象花太多，但semi-transparent stain一层后，想加一层waterproof,HD网上有卖这
个，但价钱还满贵。有没有什么建议？

Power wash, sand, and stain.
Sanding and staining better be done back to back, if the deck is large, you
might want to sand for half an hour, finish this area and then move on.
Brushes always work better than rollers, helping the penetration.
As an old-timer, I don't see any benefit of an extra layer of water-proof,
unless it's wear-resistant. But there is no such a thing, right?

I'm not sure if there's anything specific about international acclaim in the
PL. It's done by the lawyer, only 3
pages filled with quotes from recommendation letters.
