曾经知道处房子，男主人癌症去世，不是在房子里死的，房价比正常价低20%
遗产房很多时候是个好deal。如果是老死在这房子里的，房价应该低更多。

is it the same spot as your future bed position, etc.
I imagine those are the thoughts that throw people off.
