Not cheap，but still within the normal range. Just let you know that actual job will be done in half an hour. Tensioner will take extra 10 minutes to fix, in case.
BTW, do you really want to replace all of the driving belts?

I see. they will charge 1 hr labor (~$80). The car is a LC, so maybe parts
are a bit higher? Yes, the belts have cracks on them and the belts are cheap
anyway, right?

I bought 3 belts online in advanced auto parts (there are coupons you can
use) for $40. And have them installed for $35.
