Scottrade我用了两年，除了每笔交易要收$7 commission fee之外，我没别的complain。
Scottrade没有月费。没有绿卡的话在网上开不成户，最后一步过不去。带着SSN和护照
驾照去local office，十分钟就可以搞定。
