I got a ticket in LA and mailed check to court. Here is the status I checked
from their website:

Case Status: Case Closed
Disposition: Bail forfeiture on 12/16/2013

Case is closed and checked was cashed by court. Why there is a new
appearance date? I already missed it. Do I need to go to the court?
