车被追尾，刚到保险公司指定的地方做了inspection。 Total cost of repairs 是$
900, 我保险的deductible是$500。保险公司说我可以去任何的地方修理，保险公司付
$400 （$900 - $500 = $400）. 请问这$400，我要先付修车的费用，再寄修车的
receipt给保险公司吗？还是保险公司直接就付我$400？还是修车的公司向保险公司要？
还有，我的保险公司说对方的保险公司应该cover $500，这 $500 是对方保险公司直
接就付我吗？
我在密歇根， non-fault insurance. 先谢了！

你直接去把保险公司和你的CASE ID告诉修车的，保险公司把钱给修车行，剩下的你付

如果修车行要的费用小于$900，比如说是$800, 保险公司付$400 还是$300？谢谢您

被追尾不找对方保险公司，干嘛用自己的

if it is your fault, you just pay $500, the insurance company will take care
of the rest of amount no matter how much. otherwise another driver's
insurance company will pay the full amount...

对方的fault. 我在等红灯的时候被追尾。但是我在密歇根， non-fault insurance.

不知道我们对这个概念理解是否有误，好像non-fault insurance是针对交通事故中人
身伤害方面的规定吧。。。

车版最大的谬误之一就是以为non fault撞了人不用赔对方
简直是搞笑
non fault只是针对人身伤害赔付
车损照样是有liability的.
不知道最初是误导大家的

问了自己和对方的保险公司，对方的保险公司最多赔500. 挺搞笑的insurance.

我也在MI。上次別人rear kiss我，我用的是broad form collision，所以是waive
deductible，因為我是小於50鷘lt（其實就是0%）。你的case，對方保險公司付你的
deductible啊，憑police report讓對方保險付啊。

没有police report 啊。当时警察说没有obvious damage，不愿出report，只留了
名片。对方是一位老太太。我的保险公司已经file the claim to 对方的保险公司了
。不知道能不能把deductible拿回来。
