You can buy 6-month insurance and cancel the policy when you leave 3 months
later. Usually insurance company will pro-rate, and refund the balance(~half
of the premium).
Or you can choose the monthly payment plan with the insurance company. In
this case, the refund amount will be much smaller.

买一年的，分成12个月pay，三个月后cancel，后面就不用付了
