因为阳光太强，打开车库后，没有看见私自停在(或者是正在倒车进来）自家driveway
的ups的卡车，撞到了其尾部，自家车bumper 严重受损，ups没有任何事情。因为有急
事走，只是和司机讲一下，记下了卡车车牌，还没有打电话给保险公司。请问这是谁的
责任？我负全责，他负全责？还是各半？还是他多一些，还是我多一些？因为是全保有
deductable，要是自己的全责，就不想报告了。这样妥当吗？

There is no responsibility for the driver to park in my driver way? My
driveway is always empty. After opening the garage, I did not see the truck
there. It might be backing up to my driveway while I was backing up from my
garage.

That's right. If the UPS trunk is stationary when you bumped into it, it's
100% your fault. If both were moving, I guess it's 50%/50% fault on both
sides.
