The Volkswagen Touareg was a late-comer to the luxury SUV world. Although
many others came before it, the Touareg arrived with high accolades and
outstanding test results. When it was introduced as a 2004 model year, it
out performed any other Luxury SUV in it's class. The Touareg was developed
as a joint venture with Porsche, along side the Porsche Cayenne. Sharing
almost all of it's components with the Cayenne. This particular Touareg
comes with the touch screen navigation system, LED headlights, 4-Motion all
wheel drive, and much more. This vehicle was repurchased by the manufacturer
due to a complaint from the previous owner about the engine overheating.
Despite having resolved the issue by replacing the cylinder head oil
temperature sensor, the manufacturer stepped in to promote customer
satisfaction or to comply with local laws. As a result, this vehicle is
known as a manufacturer buyback. *VERY IMPORTANT* ALL regular warranties
remain intact with this vehicle, and extended warranties are also available.
The car has NO existing problems and all complaints have been resolved.
