样，那租车是不是没得讲价呢？

这个公司就是玩ponzi game，6.5%借了350mm 看来是用来回购pump股价了（一共回购了

mreit回购很正常，只要是股价大幅度低于book value时，回购基本是
最佳选择，因为别的投资return很难超过回购
