2017 mercedes GLE 350, 36/10K lease -- driveoff 的acquisition fee 有的谈吗？
0-down含DMV fee吗？
北加州
研究了半天Automobile版的帖子，打了一通电话
2017 GLE 350 4-matic
MSRP ~$63K
residual price percentage: 56%
money factor: 0.00055
可以砍掉8K，得到capitalized cost。
疑惑drive-off check如何算。理解是有三部分：第一月的月付，DMV费用，和lease
acquisition fee （基于RV/MF砍价，capitalized cost reduction是0）。
MBUSA网站上是$795 acquisition fee但dealer坚持$1095。
Acquisition fee有的谈吗？所谓0-down是不是DMV和acquisition fee都不用给？

请问你是直接谈的lease，还是先谈买，然后再转lease的？

我是用网上这个算的，同时也在美国online 的forum 咨询过，http://forums.edmunds.com/discussions/tagged/mercedes-benz/gle-class
后来在dealer的时候又
买了三年三次维护费，可以算在每月payment里面，我是一次付了，忘记多少钱了，其
实不应该一次付的
acquisition fee is $795. dealer 太黑

这个acquisition fee相当于买房closing cost里面的loan origination fee，是
lessor 的 financial charge, 全国都一样没啥好谈的。
反正lease就是看 capitalized cost, 你觉得不满意，就接着砍车价。
基本上砍到0down每月税前的 monthly pay能到 MSRP的1/100就是好deal.

0down是指drive-off check只含DMV和第一月付？

这价格貌似不如买了啊。不过你可能不想开7年+..

Honda, Acura, and others, you make no down payment and the car company makes
your first month’s payment and you only pay official fees.
4. And yet another form of a “zero down” deal a dealer would even roll the
official fees into the lease so that you pay absolutely nothing in cash at
