要回国，需要给孩子上户口。孩子在 GA 出生，请问如何办州认证。
Is China one of Hague countries? Seems HK and Marco are, but I am not sure
about mainland China.
Do I need to go to 州务卿办公室 or Georgia Superior Court Clerk's
Cooperative Authority?
Anything else I need to do?
请赐教，多谢！！

1)去州务卿那里办英文公证(网上自己查步骤是什么)
2)然后去大使馆(领事馆)再办一次(中文)公证
国内只认大使馆(领事馆)的公证，大使馆(领事馆)只认州务卿的公证。
