160表上有个问题是：“Are you applying in the same country or location where
the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of
principal of residence?” 父母住在北京，上次也是从北京签的，但是因为免面谈的
签证都要在最开始填表之前选择“广州”，那这个问题我是应该回答yes还是no呢？
