Is the max 16.5K limit including the match from company? suppose if I
contribute 16.5K, and the company match 50% will it be 16.5*1.5 = 24.75 per
year?

match 50% of contribution... many companies match 100%

no. 16.5k is employee pre-tax contribution limit.

不好意思， 我实在没有笑你的意思。是我读题目没有看清楚。
因为我知道的公司都match salary的是8-15%。那很有可能就能match 16.5k 的50%，甚至更多了。我开始以为你说的是公司match salary的50%。 那就太大方啦。

是我身边的例子。。难道公司match的时候不是按照salary的比例么？难道按照16。5k
的比例？或给一个fixed #？

数对不上。我听说最高的有5%..听你说8-15%，感觉比较新鲜。

Its not going to be 100% match of the whole amount you put in.
Company usually matches a percentage of your salary, for mine its 6%

ur company is already generous. mine matches 4%, my x company matches 3%.
