夫妻二人，一人W2，一人1099-Misc。
用Turbo Tax，有两部分： Business 和 Personal。
感觉Home Office Expense 可以Deduct两次（Business和Personal)，不知道是不是合
法？

一个是技术上的，serum starving对 C2c12 differentiation有多大影响
另一个，刚开始做（从另一个方向涉及过来），发现很多人都很关心G0-G1这段时间发
生的事情，想问一下，为什么？
1 因为确实很重要，这段时间manipulation可以影响分化
2 因为已经有许多关于这时期分子机制成型的研究，容易编出story，循环

It is not deducted twice: it is split into two parts, business and personal,
the total amount is still the same.

公立学校的话，工资都是公开的，老师基本上是按学历，教龄来决定的，各州略有不同。

你的意思是这两部分的Deduction是不一样（加起来才是总共要Deduct的）？
比如Property Tax，如果Total是10K，我可以Deduct 5K for business, 5K for
personal?
TurboTax好像没有那么智能，除非我认为的Split。

It is way too weak, u can simply read Thomas Rando's review or many other
reviews, then u would have an
idea about it....

Sorry my major is intracellur trafficking, not familiar with myoblast before.
I actually read a lot of papers related to this period(later mitosis,G0--G1)
. I knew before many important events happened here.
But I am not sure if it is because a 'context' easy to manipulate and handle
or because it is 'really important'

in Houston, first year elementary school teacher's salary is $44k, with B.S.
degree.

I doubt you can get such position without a degree.
