用irs的withholding计算器，最后对修改w-4的指导一段有些看不懂

如果我按现在的W-4不变来扣税的话，最后会欠2174的税，按我理解，本年度剩下的收
入，额外再多扣2174的税不就好了吗，为什么要多扣5313呢？谢谢
