I am in the process of divorce (separated for 9 month and have 2 little kids
). Because of that I am not able to go back china ( I would like to go back
china with my kids however my ex won't agree). We both work.We share joint
custody.Kids go to daycare/school. I visited china in Dec 2006.
I would like my parents come here again, for mental support. They are not
going to look after kids. They visited me 4 times before. Particular, they
came here in Sep 2008, stayed 6 month, then came here again on April 2009,
stayed another 6 month. It should be my turn to visit them but I can't.
What do you think of my reason for their visit? Will it win the sympathy
from visa officer? What is the chance for the B2 visa.
