我去年PhD毕业，留在同实验室做了一年博后，现在拿到一个牛校offer，同意给办H1B
，可是工资
只有38K，怀疑是不是把给办H1B的钱扣在工资里了? 考虑问问能不能给涨到40k.....

谢谢楼上回复，我现在已经做了一年Postdoc了，已经不算fresh了吧? 不过看了这些标
准以后，估计也没有多少涨的空间了。带家属，不知道这个工资税后大概能剩下多少?
