typescript会取代javascript吗？
angularjs 2将要用typescript,文件名是.ts,经过compile后得到javascript文件。
这个typescript,是微软做出来的。angularjs和微软合作，难道是为了打败backbone.
js, knockout.js,ember.js之类的同类产品？

要求本身MW小，能与某protein有很强affinity（类似biotin-avidin），
最好很常用，可以买到各种conjugate form。除了biotin还有什么
好的候选？多谢！

这个很奇怪。狗放弃了自己的dart，跟敌人软软合作。
其实反正要编译成js，不知道为毛不坚持用自己的dart算了。

多谢！我想要的是biotin-avidin之外的interaction，因为我要做sandwich
assay，capturing agent用了biotin了，detection agent要换个别的

一般就用地高辛和抗体了，要像biotin那样强的没有了。

Ic. Thank you for the input. btw, I know a lot of fluorophores
(like fluorescein) have antibodies too. If I have to use Ab,
would conjugating some fluorophore work better than DIG?
I guess my question is: why is DIG so commonly used if it
doesn't offer good affinity as biotin?

Is TS a developer friendly version of js since ts supports strong type?

you can conjugate FITC to your molecule, and use the anti-FITC antibody to
detect it (antibody available from Vector Lab). FITC is also detectable
under any epifluorescent microscope.

thanks! I'm doing cy3 now, which seem to have an ab also. just want to
find whether there is better alternatives hehe.
BTW, have you used those anti fluorophore Ab? can it achieve nM affinity
as other Abs? Thanks!

之前3年用coffeescript+backbone
最近用了两个月的ts+angular进行开发，感觉还不错，能灭掉coffeescript+backbone
整个project可以很好的modularize，语法也挺自然

I don't know if it is nM affinity. You may find out from Vector's website. I
used it for immunohistochemistry and it is very strong antibody.

哈哈，可能我是土鳖，同样不喜欢这种套套语言，css也喜欢裸写而不是什么sass/less。

en,和我一样。js这种东西，竟然在angularjs 2里面要先写成ts,然后编译成js.
