we bought a house in March 2008, so we claim the first time home buyer
credit $7500. but we received a letter from IRS that the legislative date if
April 9, 2008. so the credit need to be reversed and adjusted, does anyone
have the same issue?

如果本身是合作性质，那么共同署名天经地义，如果只是作为单纯的service provider
,收钱干活是本分，仍然要求署名自然有点过分。当然双方协商认可自然是愿打愿挨，
应该还能打个折。
我反正是没听说过哪家commercial service provider正经收费的最后还主动要求
coauthorship，这个比较败RP了。

I am not sure, I am not a guy from BGI, I think the total charge of wet lab
work is 2X(Agilent kit/per sample),
and the same of the dry lab work.
