The details:
Income eligibility for first-time home buyers stays at $75,000 for
individuals and $150,000 for couples.
For move-up buyers, income eligibility is $125,000 for individuals and $250
,000 for couples.
There is a minimum 5 year residency requirement in their current home for
move-up home buyers.
The tax credit is the lesser of $7

看了版上人推荐的Nonlinear dynamics and chaos，觉得挺有收获
不知道还有没有其他可推荐的
比如control theory或者统计方面的书？

that is "impound account". some people, even real estate professionals, wron
gfully call it "escrow account". escrow means the one-time service provided
by a third party during the transaction of a real property to protect both t
he seller and the buyer. what's being said here is that you as long as you s
ign the purchase contract by Apr 30 and close escrow by the 60th day from th
e signing, you will be eligible for the O8K.

no, it refers to the escrow account that holds your earnest money.

Income要求松了
我9月close的，不知道能不能按这个新的income要求？？？
They said the credit would be available for individuals making up to $125,
000 a year and couples earning up to $225,000 per year.

this is for move-up buyer.这下高端房又要坚挺了，操底的又有的等了
