opening只招本科生，工作轻松，赚的跟postdoc差不多，简历上能只写本科学位去应聘

不能。
必须如实说明学位。否则有可能会惹麻烦。
那个什么“小故事”是假的

问过公司里的人，找master的职位如果phd去应聘，人家要不要，他说要的时候默认你
就在master的track上，别想又扭回phd那块。

也不一定。工业界看经验，比如有些职位要BS+5年=master+3年=phd+1年这样，无论什么
学历都在一个track上。就算在master的track上，也有机会申请内部招phd的工作
生物公司里只要phd的职位很少，所以门槛非常高，要跟薄厚多年或者公司里有N年经验
的人竞争，这也是为什么生物fresh phd特别难找工
