我记得最近一两个月在自己邮件里有收到过通过let's talk开2年手机contract可以得

最近一直在尝试overexpress a gene in primary epithelial cells, but always
failed to get decent level of expression。望版上诸位帮看一下。
我用的是一个类似与pBabe的retroviral vector, the gene was tagged with GFP or
Flag on the c-terminal. The target cells were infected twice and then
subjected to antibiotic selection (blasticidin in this case). 用anti-
Flag做western, 勉强能看到带，如果用the ab against itself, 可以看到exogenous和
endogeneous的差不多（the endogenous level is already very low, which is
also the reason that we hope to increase it to hopefully make some
phenotypic observation)。
我的问题是，是不是retroviral表达系统本身不会达到很高的蛋白表达 (say if
compared to
transient transfection plus selection， if the cells are not hard-to-
transfect)? It is also possible that the moi is low in my hands
therefore causing low copy number of transgene per cell.

你定的这个，如果哪个扣子不能反过来倒扣上的话，实际使用中很碍事。这就是为什么
很多好用的case都是用橡皮筋的。记得拿到后给update一下使用体会。每个人使用习惯
不同，可能对你不是个问题。
经过使用，目前我对我推荐的那个很满意。那款是Amazon原装的高仿版本，Amazon上有
人上了比较的贴图。刚给朋友定了一个。他有Amazon 原装的，但会产生静电造成死机
，Amazon已经recall了。

广告上是说哪个pocket能用来放钱和卡，如果用户真傻到在哪个pocket里塞一堆硬币和
信用卡，真有可能会挤坏屏幕的。估计一般用户不会那么傻的。我是绝对不会在里面放
东西的。

那个扣子我觉得其实蛮好的,还能帮助抓住kindle, 不碍事的
