Is this about data structure or pattern design? If it's the pattern design,
observer pattern for the 1st one and flyweight pattern for the 2nd one(
actually, this is the example in GoF.)

is talking about bachelor degrees. In that case, biology is a good major.

BS or MS in biology major is very popular in US. There is an article about

个人觉得biology,不管是医学还是农学还是微生物学都是金矿，只不过开采需要一些技
术而现在没法达到，还有就是该行业的人要好好琢磨怎么挖，当年没汽车的时候，石油
还不是没什么用。当然现在的学术界确实是问题重重。
