手头有一个不太想接的offer，口头已经接了，但是还没有签字，正式的offer今天刚收
到。但是，我这个星期还有4个其他学校的phone interview,至少有1-2个能拿到on-
site吧。不管是哪个，都比我现在的这个offer我更想去。可是，我目前的h1b还有2个
月就到期了，也不敢拒手头的这个小offer。
所以，请教一下，如果我接受了offer以后再拒，在学术界传出去是不是很不好啊？

Renzhen qingjiao wenti. Duo xie!
I have two genes: A and B. They do not match each other based on DNA
sequence. I am pretty sure that A and B possess the same/similar function. I
know the peptide sequence in A gene correspending to the function. How to
find out the its counterpart in B gene? Is there a free online program for
this purpose?

Try protein structure prediction? Then structural alignment.
Assuming the structure and function relationship.

Yes. I want to figure out the same functional domain in gene B as that in A.
I tried Blast to align the two gene, but Blast only shows the sequence
similarity, without functional information.
I appreciate any help! Duo xie!!

在学术界，最好不要这样做

if you are sure about B's function, you can go ahead to mutation analysis to
pin down the domain.
