Does anyone know if there is any different between human growth hormone
polyA and bovine growth hormone polyA? why some expression cassette use
human other use bovine? Any specific purpose?
Plus bovine is much short than human ones, make me wonder why we do not use
bovine poly instead.

polyA signal不是必须的，所以我觉得人的牛的区别不大。

Oh,that is because the cases you mentioned already had polyA signal harbored
downstream.
without a validated polyA signal, the cassette you inserted would not
express at all.
