Has anyone done three color for three different protein colocalization?
which second antibody did you choose?
I am quite confused with the multi choices from company. There are so many
fluorescent dyes. I mainly use Alexer from invitrogen. Has anyone work with
confocal before, any experience can share?

GFP, DAPI, Alex 568, Alex 647 as yellow.
