Yes, it is.
But it is more towards a formulation realm.
Basically, the goal is to put those anti-oxidants/active ingredients into
creams and lotions with good stability.
Also, you might be interested in putting those new/hot/popular stuff into
your cosmetics. For example, Acai extract, blueberry extract, which, personally I think, is a bogus claim and totally rely in the botanic hype.
If you are interested in marketing in the US, pay special attention to the
requirements listed in 21 CFR part 70 and 80 (for cosmetics).
