煮机胖友dareswear的Alpha2.1小评测
目前系统稳定
1.睡了一晚上，早上起来看，唤醒很轻松
2.wifi信号稳定，但是有待观察
3.耗电未发现异常
4.解决插耳机，还有外放问题
总体来说，是一个比较稳定的版本，我是没刷cm a1，直接刷到a2的，只要替换一下
update-cm那个文件，和a1的刷机方法一样，基本上三分钟刷完，第一次开机三十秒。

[教程]双击一下，一键卸载CM7

3、双击运行“卸载CM7”批处理

How to make Skype Video chat work with CM7

The problem is that the newer versions do not recognize the device and/or
the front facing camera (even after attempting to spoof the device with
another in build.prop). I have found another tweaked version that, while it
is an earlier version than what is found on the Market, works perfectly for
now.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) UNINSTALL PREVIOUS INSTALLATIONS OF SKYPE
2.) Download the v06 version:
http://www.wupload.com/file/759172946
3.) After downloading, install the apk.
4.) Open Skype and sign in with username and password. After doing so, click
Advanced Settings, which can be found after hitting the menu softkey.
5.) It should say "Number of Cameras: 1 under Video settings. If not, clear
data and open again (this worked for me once). Check off Force-enable video
calling. AFTER DOING SO YOU MUST RESTART APP BY HITTING RESTART SKYPE. This
will not work if you do not do this.
6.) Go back into Advanced Settings and click Avoid setFPS. You now will be
able to have video chats with your Touchpad.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Note that by following the above you are able to video chat but when
holding the Touchpad in landscape your image will be rotated and the other
person will not see you in the correct orientation. TO FIX THIS go to
Advanced Settings then Front Camera. Here you should select Rotation and
then 90 degrees. This should solve the problem.
- At the bottom of Advanced Settings you will notice a feature called
Herotab/Dropad FC Fix. This was created by the developer to fix force
closing for tablet users. I have not experienced force closing but if you
are you might want to try this fix.
- Having issues with in-call sound? Go to Advanced Settings then Sound
settings. Select Use MODE_IN_CALL to fix the issue. I've heard mixed results
but it is worth a try. I theorize that in-call sound issues on the Touchpad
have to do with WiFi connectivity issues, but not sure.

1) Replace the 'wallpaper' file in /data/data/com.android.settings/files/
with a png file with 1536x1024 dimensions called 'wallpaper' without the '.png'.
2) Restart your HP Touchpad and you will have applied a proper resolution

The problem is that the newer versions do not recognize the device and/or
the front facing camera (even after attempting to spoof the device with
another in build.prop). I have found another tweaked version that, while it
is an earlier version than what is found on the Market, works perfectly for
now.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) UNINSTALL PREVIOUS INSTALLATIONS OF SKYPE
2.) Download the v06 version:

3.) After downloading, install the apk.
4.) Open Skype and sign in with username and password. After doing so, click
Advanced Settings, which can be found after hitting the menu softkey.
5.) It should say "Number of Cameras: 1 under Video settings. If not, clear
data and open again (this worked for me once). Check off Force-enable video
calling. AFTER DOING SO YOU MUST RESTART APP BY HITTING RESTART SKYPE. This
will not work if you do not do this.
6.) Go back into Advanced Settings and click Avoid setFPS. You now will be
able to have video chats with your Touchpad.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Note that by following the above you are able to video chat but when
holding the Touchpad in landscape your image will be rotated and the other
person will not see you in the correct orientation. TO FIX THIS go to
Advanced Settings then Front Camera. Here you should select Rotation and
then 90 degrees. This should solve the problem.
- At the bottom of Advanced Settings you will notice a feature called
Herotab/Dropad FC Fix. This was created by the developer to fix force
closing for tablet users. I have not experienced force closing but if you
are you might want to try this fix.
- Having issues with in-call sound? Go to Advanced Settings then Sound
settings. Select Use MODE_IN_CALL to fix the issue. I've heard mixed results
but it is worth a try. I theorize that in-call sound issues on the Touchpad
have to do with WiFi connectivity issues, but not sure.

Open the Android Market and search for "HP Touchpad Wallpaper Applier".A big
thanks to 'khanning' for making this convenient app!
The app doesnt require reboot but does need you to put your 1536x1024 images
into the
"/sdcard/touchpad_wallpapers" directory that is created the first time you
launch the app.
It for any images with dimensions larger than 1536x1024 the app will center-
crop and resize the image so for best results pre-crop your images on a
computer and transfer them over.
I have tested this app myself and even close up I cant see any image
compression going on!Here's a screenshot with it applied (Click to enlarge):

的DIR-615, 有人说5G的比2.4G的要稳定。
关键是android下的app多太多了，不用哭哈哈的等更新，一个youku当宝贝一样还是3.0

刷了之后，我觉得两个必须要装的：一个是setcpu, 超频，有人抱怨说CM7像大号的手
机，我也觉得开始字体很粗糙，超频以后一下子细腻好多。我用firefox跑sunspider是
2024ms,非常不错的
还有就是google apps, 因为license的原因，cm7本身没有带，装好google app后，就
可以上market, google maps，google contacts等，很方便
然后就是国内的appchina,机锋之类app store,呵呵，你知道的，啥软件都有

感觉这家伙半灌水，几乎没啥真正能用的东西。。过不了几天他那点credit也差不多会
和那个大忽悠touchdroid team一样烟消云散了吧。
当然，俺从来没用过他的卡片，就算有，也不会用，CM9出来是板上钉钉的，没有必要
搞个虚拟机，主要是俺对webOS的performance没有任何信心，更遑论其下的虚拟机。

刷完这个Xron定制版，原来装的盗版Ti Pro换成了free版，不让卸载，不让升级。。

Team Xron is doing their best to improve the current build. The speed of the
rom has improved, and most importantly, the battery life is definitely
improved. Check out this screenshot. Wifi was on the entire time (or most of
it, at least), and it was moderate use. I took it off the charger, sat
through an hour long class, and then used it for about 45 mins on tapatalk,
and then sat through another hour class, then took this screenshot. This isn
't even using the most recent build.

Just tried this MIUI ROM version yesterday, unfortunately, it was quite a
buggy experience, keep getting android core file error, force close every
minute or so. Tried different ways to disable any syncing or timer related
services, but no luck. So back to CM7 A3.5 for now.

问几个stupid的问题：
1. 刷 cm7 这么简单了么？
(A) 第一次刷CM7的按照下面的方法直接安装Alpha 3.5:
1) 首先备份TP上的重要的文件或者数据； 确认电脑上已安装Novacom驱动。
2) 下载打包整理的文件(已更新至Alpha 3.5), 将内含的Android目录解压到C盘根目录
下;
3) 将TP挂载到U盘模式，在U盘根目录下新建cminstall文件夹,把解压得到的3个ZIP文
件全部放入其中;
4) 断开TP连接后关机，再连上PC并重启TP到刷机模式（即开机时同时按住Power键和
Volume+键，直到屏幕显示大USB图标）;
5) 在PC上点击 开始-->运行-->输入CMD, 然后依次输入以下命令;
cd C:\Android
novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller
6) 到此全部操作完成，等待机子自己完成即可进入Android.
7) 刷完CM7后需要安装Google Apps和Android Market的参照这里的步骤。

多问一句： 2 和 4 有没有直接的关联？
比如说“游戏重量级大作”一定要从新刷，但是如果此“游戏重量级大作”能直接下载
装（from android market),这个不自相矛盾吧？
