鉴定出了一个基因的几个transcript
想通过polysome associated的程度判断哪个transcript contribute the majority of
protein invivo (western 分子量上很难判断，差别太小)
这里似乎没地方做蔗糖梯度离心，所以上来问问有没有什么Kit可以用的？

Yes. You can and you have to submit it if the journal does not submit it for
you.Most journals do that for you, but one journal that accepted my paper
did not submitted on time, creating some trouble for my non-competitive
renewal. So you need to pay close attention if you want the journal to
submit it. PMC will hold it for 6 months (1 year?) before making it public.

I checked it out, looks like I still have to at least be able to make
sucrose cushion, which is impossible here&&

可以.但是要submit manuscript而不是最后的journal article.PMC上有详细的介绍.

ribosome protein endogenous targeted了来代替ribosome profiling,有同学记得这
