如题。inspector说只保visual没有发现的问题，oil tank inspection company说什莫
都不负责，最多只赔偿六七百块。请问大家都是这样的吗？

oil tank inspection company发来一个contract要签字再fax回去，这些不赔偿的条款
都在上面，请查过油桶的说说，行规都是这样吗？
