1. verizon locked的手机能用在pp上吗？

Verizon手机没有lock一说，只有clean或者bad esn。Clean esn都能用，除了黑莓。貌
似iphone4现在也能在page plus上用了。

it seems blackberry can be activated now, iphone is still banned.
