哈哈，我的确在找一个威武的GST 抗体。
我以前用的是GE 的，但是这个破公司不知道是发什么神经，死活坚持着要高价卖给我，
坚决不肯以我以前那个学校的价格来卖给我（凭什么呀？你既然能够用比较低的价格卖给
位于以前的那个学校的我，说明那个价格肯定是有钱可赚的呀！）
我说破嘴皮了也是无效，只好愤然出走换别的公司了。

很久没有用了，GST Ab 很好做的
V5 以前用的invitrogen，确实好用
还有，用抗体，可以用BSA-TBS 溶液 配，用non fat milk特别容易坏
后来为了省抗体，还用过一招
桌面上，saran wrap 上面，放blot，然后用最低量滴上blot，能看见液面鼓起来就可
以了，然后用盖子盖上，2小时后，做下一步，挺好用的
如果抗体specific很好，可以用TBS-BSA solution，加一点点Ab，就可以了，
可以省不少Ab
V5 以前用的invitrogen，确实好用

Poly-colonal V5 ab works well for IP. You can get them from many companies.
But for WB, Invitrogen's mono V5.

V5 我们试过INVITROGEN, SIGMA, SANTA CRUZ的， 发现INVITROGEN的最好， SANTA
CRUZ的杂带一堆， SIGMA的是RABBIT的，稍有杂带。 GST抗体不清楚， 因为我们用的
pET42里面有HIS tag,所以就用6HIS抗体做WESTERN了。

V5 Ab from invitrogen is unexpectedly good. I reused it many times and it
still works quite well.
