colonies in Petri dish culture, 10 mL cuture was good. cells stopped growing
when we put them into 1 liter LB broth. 细胞不长了，请问怎么办？

determine pH of your 1 liter LB
spin down 10ml ecoli, resuspend with fresh media before transfer
lack of O2? there is special flask for large scale biomass culture
colony contaminated and outgrown in the 10ml tube?

以前遇到过，瓶里的抗生素太强了吧。
区分是否是抗生素原因，一部分直接接到无抗或低浓度长的话就是抗生素的问题了。

摇的时间不够长 没算好OD？？你往里扔了多少啊？我觉得你多接一点吧，或者多摇几
个钟头？？
