I had a manuscript that is, basically, about a non-essential leucine tRNA
that could specifically regulate the activation of type three secretion
system 2 in Salmonella for virulence on transcriptional level, NOT in
translation level alone for sure. Also the tRNA mutant is sensitive to acid.
All phenotyps well correlated.
It seems that a tRNA has a role as small regulatory RNA. What kind of
journal could go, please advise. Thanks

Any similar report before and how novel and well dissected? Big boss? tRNA/
small but non-miRNA/siRNA regulation is still very hot...If it is well
executed study and very novel, it could go as high as you could ever
imagine/like....there was a cell paper on tRNA as a potential oncogene
several ys ago but no follow up so far...I actually have noticed one miRNA-
like sncRNA of tRNA origin in my own research and considering how abundant
and extremely dramatic the change is, I suspect it would be very important
to my biology...
