看猎头了。
很多时候就是搜关键词的，他能找到的，自己也能找到。
但我也碰到过不错的猎头，有一个狂帮我介绍工作，联系interview，还提示面试技巧，
而且对招聘的公司主管门清，告诉我谁是真正管事的人，注意和谁套磁，。。。
